Privacy Policy

ATOLIQ (atoliq.com) is operated by Abhishek Kumar, an individual based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (“ATOLIQ”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use ATOLIQ, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written to meet India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture from Google.
• Resumes and what’s in them: the files you upload and the information in them, such as your name, phone number, education, grades, work history and skills.
• What you give us to analyze: job descriptions, target roles, LinkedIn profile text and similar inputs.
• Results we generate: scores, reports, rewritten resumes and other outputs.
• Payment records: the plan you bought, the amount, and the order and payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Cashfree Payments; we never see or store them.
• Usage data: pages visited and features used, collected through Google Analytics, plus basic technical data like browser type. We also use Contentsquare (Hotjar) to record how visitors move through pages, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, so we can find confusing parts of the site.

Why we use it

• To analyze your resume and give you results, which is the service you asked for.
• To run your account, process payments and enforce plan limits.
• To reply when you contact us.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who processes your data for us

We use these service providers to run ATOLIQ. Each receives only what it needs for its task:

• AI analysis: Google (Gemini), Anthropic, OpenAI, Cerebras and Groq. Resume text and your inputs are sent to them to generate analysis and rewrites.
• Database, file storage and sign-in: Supabase.
• Hosting: Vercel.
• Payments: Cashfree Payments.
• Email: Resend, for account and result emails.
• Analytics: Google Analytics and Contentsquare (Hotjar).

Some of these providers store or process data outside India.

Colleges and institutions

When a college or institution uses ATOLIQ to analyze its students’ resumes, the institution decides what is collected and why, and ATOLIQ processes that data on its behalf. If you are a student whose resume was submitted through your college, please send any request to access, correct or delete your data to your college, which will pass it to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, resumes and results until you ask us to delete them. Email support@atoliq.com from your account email, and we will delete your data within 30 days of the request. We may keep payment records for longer where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you;
• correct or update it;
• delete it;
• withdraw your consent, which stops further processing (you may then be unable to use the service).

Cookies

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics and Contentsquare (Hotjar) cookies to measure how the site is used.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to stored data is restricted. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a breach as the law requires.

Grievance officer

For complaints about how your personal data is handled, contact our grievance officer, Abhishek Kumar, at support@atoliq.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes we will also notify signed-in users. See Contact for other ways to reach us.
