About ATOLIQ

Closing the gap between students and their goals

Every year, lakhs of students in India apply for their first jobs with a resume nobody has ever properly reviewed. Most of them never hear back, and they’re never told why.

Often the reason has nothing to do with ability. The resume uses a two-column template that an applicant tracking system can’t read. It says “programming languages” where the posting says “Python.” It lists duties instead of results. The student is qualified, but the resume never gets them past the first filter, so a recruiter never sees it.

That is the gap I kept seeing: not a lack of talent, but a small set of fixable problems standing between students and their goals, problems they can’t see on their own.

I built ATOLIQ to close that gap. A student shouldn’t need a senior in the industry or a paid consultant to learn what’s wrong with their resume. They should be able to upload it and get a straight answer in a minute: what’s broken, what’s missing, and what to fix first.

That started as a resume checker and grew into a connected set of tools. You can diagnose your resume, find the skills a target role needs, build proof of work to show them, line up your LinkedIn profile, and check how well you match a specific job.

Colleges have the same problem at a larger scale. A placement cell with a few staff can’t review hundreds of resumes by hand. So ATOLIQ also lets training and placement officers analyze a whole batch at once, see where students are struggling, and send recruiters clean, consistent resumes.

ATOLIQ is built in India, for Indian students and colleges first. If something on the site could be better, or you’re a college that wants to try it, I’d genuinely like to hear from you.
