Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of ATOLIQ (atoliq.com), operated by Abhishek Kumar, an individual based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (“ATOLIQ”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

ATOLIQ uses AI to analyze resumes and related career material and to suggest improvements. Results are guidance, not a guarantee. We don’t promise that any resume will pass a particular applicant tracking system or lead to an interview, job offer or placement. AI output can contain mistakes, so review anything before you send it to an employer.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your login secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• ATOLIQ is meant for users aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, use it only with a parent’s or guardian’s consent.

Individual plans

• Starter: ₹499 for 30 days, up to 5 analyses.
• Pro: ₹899 for 30 days, up to 15 analyses.
• Unlimited: ₹1,499 for 6 months, with unlimited analyses.

Each plan is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically. When it ends, your account returns to the free plan unless you buy again.

Institution plans

• Basic is ₹20,000 per month and Pro is ₹35,000 per month, with the resume and team-member limits shown on the plans page. Enterprise is priced by agreement.
• An institution can stop its plan at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the month already paid for, and that month is not refunded.
• Top-ups (50 resumes for ₹7,500) add to the current month’s limit only and are non-refundable.
• An institution that uploads student resumes confirms it has the students’ permission to do so and to have them analyzed.

Payments and refunds

Prices are in Indian Rupees. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload someone else’s resume or personal data without their permission;
• upload unlawful, harmful or misleading content;
• try to get around plan limits, share paid accounts, or resell the service without our agreement;
• scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the service, or interfere with other users.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the resumes and material you upload and of the outputs generated for you. You give us permission to process that content only as needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, ATOLIQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost job opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will notify signed-in users. Continuing to use ATOLIQ after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh.
